Background
Tell us all about your experience ?

The Perpetual crew is hardworking and efficient. Perpetual is the best agency I've ever worked with. They were always available and delivered exactly what we asked for. It was a good deal, and they delivered what they promised..

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their capacity to rapidly scale up their staff is exceptional. Our app's features and functionalities expand beyond the intended scope, but Perpetual's team promptly supplies the personnel required to complete the work..

How much have you invested?

As of now, we've spent approximately $200,000 with them..

Opportunity/ Challenge
For what services did you hire this company, and what were your goals?

We hired Perpetual to develop a mobile application for a golfing application. They explored and uncovered the client's needs and preferences for pioneer golfing software, intending to address the sport's lack of products. The client has been exceptionally pleased with the Perpetual provided product; its stability is superb. They oversee a smooth and open procedure for keeping the team informed. The client acknowledges their capacity to scale their staff ad hoc to the project's needs..

What challenge were you trying to deal with?

We wanted to make a smartphone app for golf because it's a complex sport with limited technology..

What is the scope of Topxlisting involvement?

We believe that Topxlisting is a strong platform for users and providers of various business-related services, particularly for providers that understand the value of positive customer feedback. Our choice of Perpetual as our service provider took only a few minutes, and we were fascinated with their results..

Solution
Why did you select this vendor, and what were the decision-making factors?

I used to own an agency and met a lot of individuals in the industry. My Managing Partner was one of those folks, and when I started this project, I submitted them the RFP. I hired them because the initial conversations went well. I had previously worked closely with Managing Partner, and they nailed the timing and price precisely – they had a great initial response..

How did you come to work with us?

We found Perpetual on Topxlisting as the reviews of Perpetual were very good, and they are a multi-functional team eager to take on new challenges. We were amazed by the reviews and work of their company, and their name was on the list of top mobile app development companies in New York, which led us to choose them immediately..

Describe the work procedure in detail, including steps, key deliverables, and technologies used?

Perpetual is developing an Android and iOS app for us. Everything began with tech discovery, in which their team determined the platform on which we wanted to create everything and the CMS we needed to use on the backend. They thoroughly reviewed everything based on their appraisal of our needs and requirements. From there, we began working with a branding firm that cooperated with Perpetual on everything from the UX to the product development. Regarding app functionality, we're linked to several proprietary databases to pull information on golf courses. We're also developing features for golfers to enjoy while taking these courses – it's a new product that competes with the little golf mobile apps available. We're currently ready to launch a beta version of the app to collect user input before going public..

Results & Feedback
Share your general feedback about the deliverables?

We're still in the alpha phase; therefore, our app is being tested by a small group of users. We've got a lot of positive feedback, especially about how stable the app is..

Any suggestion for this company about further improvement?

They may transform how they show their deliveries, but I have already given them that input, and they began presenting things the old-fashioned way I prefer..

Discuss team composition in detail.

We've been collaborating with five members of their team, along with a product lead, a UX lead, the person who acts as the connector between tech and product, and the CEO. A development team is working on our project, but we don't engage with them..

Describe project management style in terms of communication tools and timeliness.

They're friendly and flowing and translucent. Their team is also using user-friendly modern tools like Sigma, Slack, Jira, and Google Docs to assist us in visualizing where the project is headed..
